Tech – Sound & Visuals Ministry

Our tech team supports services and events at The Journey where visual presentations, live video, lighting and sound reinforcement are needed. This is a great opportunity for people who have an interest in the technical side of things to use their gifts to serve the church. In addition this is a way to gain skills in presentation development, theatrical lighting design and programming, video editing, videography, sound reinforcement and much more.

JAMM tech members are placed on a rotation schedule primarily to support worship services. Mid-week practice and preparation are necessary in the development of service elements. Additionally, the technical crew supports special events, concerts, musicals, play productions and other special programming. This may require additional rehearsal and element development.
