Preteens

The 5th & 6th grade preteen students at Journey seek to grow as a community of students who are transforming into disciples of Jesus, pursuing God with all of our lives, through sharing, serving and growing in Christ together.

Each Sunday the preteens are active and contributing members of the TruStory Elementary class. Those who want to are also encouraged to serve in leadership positions. We have small groups on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month from 12:30-2:00pm. During this time we walk to Del Taco to grab lunch, pray and play games together. Our relationship with God and relationship with others is key. On a monthly basis we also have service and fellowship events.
